By registering for the Event, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
- Participants must provide accurate and complete registration details. Any incorrect or misleading information may result in cancellation of the registration.
- Participants are responsible for selecting the correct race category (3K, 5K, 10K or 21K) while registering.
- Participants under the age of 18 must be registered by a parent or legal guardian. Such parent/legal guardian confirms that they have the full legal authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of the minor and accepts full responsibility for the minor's conduct, safety, and wellbeing while participating in the race.
- Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are medically and physically fit to participate. Participation is voluntary and entirely at the participant's own risk.
- Run Yodha, its organisers, sponsors, partners, employees and volunteers shall not be liable for any injury, illness, accident, medical emergency or loss arising from participation in the Event, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
- Medical facilities such as Ambulance, First aid and on ground doctors will be available however any medical, ambulance, hospitalisation or related expenses incurred during the Event shall be borne by the participant.
- Participants must immediately report any injury, illness or medical emergency to the nearest race official or medical volunteer.
- Registration is confirmed only upon successful payment and issuance of a confirmation email and/or SMS.
- All registrations are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be modified unless expressly permitted by Run Yodha.
- Run Yodha is not responsible for payment failures, delays or technical issues caused by payment gateways, banks or third-party service providers.
- The organiser reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, modify or cancel the Event due to adverse weather, force majeure, government directives, safety concerns or circumstances beyond its control.
- Unless expressly announced by Run Yodha, cancellation or postponement of the Event shall not entitle participants to a refund.
- Participants are responsible for checking Event updates communicated through the official Run Yodha website, email, SMS or social media channels.
- Race bibs are mandatory and must be worn visibly throughout the Event. Participants without an official bib may be denied entry.
- Race bibs and registrations are strictly non-transferable unless specifically authorised by Run Yodha.
- Participants must report to the start area before the designated reporting time. Late arrivals may not be permitted to start the race.
- Official cut-off timings will be strictly enforced. Participants who do not meet the cut-off may be withdrawn from the course for safety reasons.
- Participants must follow all instructions issued by race officials, volunteers, medical personnel and law enforcement authorities during the Event.
- Run Yodha reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant for unsafe, abusive, disruptive, offensive or unlawful behaviour without any refund.
- Participants must not litter the race route and are expected to help maintain cleanliness throughout the Event.
- Participants shall not carry weapons, fireworks, drones, bicycles, alcohol, illegal substances or any other item considered dangerous or prohibited by the organisers.
- For safety reasons, headphones or any device that prevents participants from hearing race instructions should be used responsibly.
- Photographs, videos and recordings captured during the Event may be used by Run Yodha and its partners for promotional, marketing and editorial purposes without any compensation to participants.
- Baggage counters will be provided for participants however they are responsible for their personal belongings. Run Yodha shall not be liable for any loss, theft or damage of personal property during the Event.
- Run Yodha may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation shall constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
- These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
